Moto 360 1 and Samsung galaxy phone. I've done factory reset. When I speak into watch and say call person, it goes through all the motions, including the tick to say its done, but the call doesn't go out from my phone. I get all other notifications, including facts and images from Google. I'm unable to send texts this way too. I'm guessing it might be a permissions issue, but I can't find anything that's stopping it.
