Samsung Dex Station extension cable

I am looking for a USB-C 3.1 Male to Female extension cable which can connect my Note 8 to the Samsung Dex Station for full functions as if the phone was directly connected to the Dex; the cables i tried seemed to be missing wires or something because it rendered the mouse and keyboard connected to the Dex non functional. Everything else like video seemed ok.
