Android tablet reverts from landscape to portrait when I want to write a post.

I have an RCA tablet that runs Android. It has a detatchable keyboard which I use most of the time. When I am using Facebook, and I want to write a post, the screen goes to portrait from landscape, and I cannot use to key board. Is there a fix for this?
