Every time I click on a contact for details, the page comes up blank, then crashes.

Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus - for the past few months, when I click on a contact - either from recent calls, or from the contacts app list - the details page comes up blank, then crashes. I have sent the feedback to Samsung, but nothing has changed. Anybody else having this problem or know of a fix?
