I can't update my Onida UIC TV to Oreo ..can anyone tell me what to do?

Onida 43 inch uic series Google certified TV
Bought from flipkart on 1st of October 2018 it says that I can be upgradable to Oreo ..but when I press system update it says it is up to date...what to do?
