"Soundalive has stopped" - Any ideas how to fix?

I have a Galaxy S7 Edge. I recently updated the software. Since then, I get a message "Soundalive has stopped" when on Instagram, YouTube, etc. I tried going into settings, sounds, sound quality and effects. When I do, I get the "Soundalive has stopped" message.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I tried another software update but problem still persists.
