Unfortunately Google play services has stopped working occurs after factory reset

So I factory resetted my samsung j1 mini prime after that there's this setup after a reset, so after the "terms and condition" page, when I am in the "checking info" page,the error occurs, any clue how to fix this? I cant seem to bypass the setup as well so I am having a hard time, help will be appreciated.
