My S-8 battery has swelled-up and broken the back of the case from the inside - out and has split the phone open along the seams. What the heck do I do now? It still works, but it stays very warm, and I don't want to put it back on the wireless charger, which is where the swelling occurred.
I know I need to contact Samsung, but I live in Thailand and purchased the phone in Thailand...but I can't read Thai (chat is only available in Thai), and my spoken Thai is not advanced enough to discuss this topic over the phone.
