Apps open that I didn't open....Samsung Galaxy 7...help!

At least a couple of times a week, I find multiple apps open on my Galaxy 7 that I did not open. It happens randomly but regularly. There doesn't seem to be a pattern as to which apps are opened. I was concerned that I am being hacked, but so far I haven't seen any resultant negative activity.

Anyone got any ideas as to what might be causing this??
