Outlook App - Can't Add Account

I have had issues with the Outlook App this week and deleted it with the intent to reinstall.

I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled and attempted to add my 3 accounts. The App will allow me to add two as part of the setup process. However I cannot add the third.

When I click on Add Account from the settings screen a dark opaque screen appears with no ability to add the email address.

I have tried adding the accounts in a different order, but it never lets me add more than 2.

Any thoughts?
