How to sync icloud calendar events created on android phone to mac ?

I can't sync any event or "to do / reminder" created on my android phone to my mac. The real reason is that it won't sync to icloud (Apple server).

All events created on my mac or on iCloud.com show on Google Agenda on my Android phone though. The only issue is from Android phone to iCloud.

Please, anybody, help me, it's been 10 months and I still can't sync them.
