Why is my phone not filling in my info automatically anymore?

I have a Galaxy Note 8. I used to be able to fill in my name and address along with my phone and debit cards by pushing the "M" to start filling out forms (it would then fill out my name, address, etc.) and then when I would go to put in my debit card it would come up automatically. This doesn't happen anymore. What have I done?!
