Latest Android update - March 27, 2019 -- can't schedule text messages anymore - Why?

I am pounding through this major icon/visual update to my Samsung S8 and so far, not happy.

I am a huge user of scheduled messages because I actually don't want to send people a text when I think of it at 1 am! This feature is missing!

Ideas?
