Phone won't boot...can you give advice what to do?

Recently rooted Lava Pixel 2 phone.
Downloaded Marshmellow ROM.
Tried to upgrade from v. 5 to v.6 but phone doesn't boot now.

Can anyone give me guidance on what to do next?
I can get into the boot menu.
