Can't find microphone on Samsung S7 keyboard

I have held down the !#☺ and nothing happens. I have gone into settings to make sure my Google app is active and that my microphone is on. They both are. I have tried turning off settings and back on settings and still no change on the keyboard. I even tried using the Samsung keyboard but still no changes.

Please help
