Could I get help with a LG V30 update problem

I bought my device a couple of months ago but I didn't receive an update or patch since I buy it and I have tried LG bridge and other stuff also contacted att to know why I didn't received or get any software updates but didn't got a solution.
Do anyone knows how to fix this?
