how do I change my removable storage to internal stoeage on 6.0.1 android (not marshmallow).

I have a ZTE Majesty Pro LTE with android 6.0.1 not marsh mallow. I am out of storage, I put in a 32 GB SDSH USH-I card but can not make it internal storage, I can not even move apps to it, I don't have these options. This android is different than 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
