j7 prim goes crazy out of no where.....??

my j7 prime is telling me that it's overheiting but it is cold . it stopped charging so i put it on rice for a day (i think it is humidity) that was yesterday now it is working but it only charge when conected to pc also the otg stopped working ..... it is not the usb cable . the otg cable or the pc ..... help me plz
