Hi guys, i seem to be unable to find anything about this... ive tried some methods but its not working. i have an Galaxy a5 2016, 16gb of internal storage, the device is showing right now that 13 of that its being ocupied, in apps i barely reach 2gb total, i uninstaled everything i could, deleted cache data from the apps i couldnt uninstall and disabled the apps i could disable, but nothing its working, spotify takes a few mb, almost 800 i dont have many songs downloaded and anyhow the data is setted to SD, only one game and it takes about 700mb total, opening the folders via pc i could check the actual space they take, being whatsapp the only app that takes space and its almost nothing... cleared downloads, photos, files that had copy to the cloud etc. still 13gb... i dont know, cant figure out how to clean this phone, i mean os 7.0 should take about 4-5gb... any ideas?
