Samsung S9 - Middle East version

Want to buy a Samsung s9 from Dubai UAE, but can't really understand what is the difference between a phone with 'middle east version' or 'international'. I am currently living in Europe and not clear whether buying a 'middle east version' will be of any problem with an EU sim. Can anyone help me on this one? Greatly appreciated
