Stuck with only download mode left after flash fails.

i am currently using Samsung J7 2016. i just formatted the data on the twrp recovery flashed with Odin. And i have lost the recovery mode itself. Flashing twrp again and again doesnt work.
So technically my device is dead with just the download mode left.
please help me out!!!
