Suspect cheating - girlfriend has two pattern unlocks on Samsung S8

I've recently noticed my girlfriend entering two separate patern unlock codes (one straight after the other) on her Samsung Galaxy S8.
I suspect she's trying to hide something. Can anyone help with why she is entering pattern unlock codes on identical successive screens?

I suspect an app locker.
