Why can i start my phone, or Factory reset it on my HTC one M9 phone?

My phone started in a auto factory reset and now when i start it i get a red triangle with a ! in the middle and when it comes online after a very long time is a reset planer were i try to factory reset it and it says Gmail, HTC Sense home and Exchange services have failed and i can't get past the account creation screen. I Need help because i cant restart the phone and it wont connect to my computer and won't allow me to reset it or start it normally without going to the auto rest.
