Why won’t my phone work after I used it paired with my car.?

Samsung sm 900v paired okay and used it in my Subaru. Now that I'm out of the car I cannot make a call or send a text. I deleted the phone from the car, unpaired the car from the phone. Restarted the phone, even removed the battery.
