How to set up a jpg or bmp image as my wallpaper?

Hi all, I just want to put a jpg or bmp or whatever image as the wallpaper to my Samsung j2 Android 6.0.1 cellphone. I have searched here and another sites, but no one says something like: "put the image on this folder, then set it up as wallpaper from here".
