S5 keeps restarting and will not boot!

My Galaxy S5 just recently started turning off 5 seconds after I turn it on. It then keeps doing this infintitly until I take out the battery. It vibrates, shows the S5 powered by android screen, and then shortly turns off and repeats this. How do I fix this?
