Unlock effect

Im trying to figure out how to get the unlock effect , it is missing from my settings and water bubules effect on my lockscreen when I swipe on my J7 that effect not coimg because of that unlock effect missing.

Ple help me out to get back that unlock effect and water bubles on lock screen when i wipe.
