Android 4.1.1 updates

I have the (TRAFONE PRE-PAID) ZTE Z665C mobil phone with the ANDROID VER. 4.1.1 OS I tried to download from Google Play a grocery coupon app (Safeway J4u) and I was prompted "Your device is not current" and I could not install it.
