Im locked out of my jellybean 4.2

I forgot my pattern,& now I'm locked out & need to do Google recovery account ,but I have no wifi connected to my tablet & it keeps saying wrong pw & account? I have tryed to bring up the recovery screen to do hard reset and get nothing but blk screen ,tryed volume up& down & power button I get nothing HELP
