Hi I have a M3 note on Android 5.1 (Flyme 6.2.0.0G) which is behaving strangely since yesterday morning.
It is not receiving calls, nor texts, on both SIM cards. In the SIM with call divert set on "if unreachable" the calls go the diverted number. In the SIM without any call diversion set, the caller gets a message of "Not reachable".
The signals for both SIMS are shown as full power and I can make calls. Further, I can even receive internet on the 4G network of one of the SIMS as set beforehand. Wifi too is working.
Is this a known problem and if so how do I solve it.
