Moto x play not supporting wireless bluetooth headset for phone calls.

I am using X play since 1 year and have tried different wireless headsets but it was unable to support for this device for phone calls and rechecked with other brand mobiles and headset is perfectly working with those.

Sometimes it will work if I go to setting then selecting Apps then selecting Bluetooth App and clearing data storage, but this is not the solution.

Please help me.
