How can i re-create my samsung account password & id?

I recently wiped my phone & now am trying to access it & it's asking for samsung account & id which i don't remember & trying to create a new one in-order to use my phone. The phone clearly stated that i have done an abnormal factory reset, i need some precise answers asap please!. Oh! It's a second handed samsung s5. Any suggestions??
