what is difference between 'used phone' and 'used telephone' in google's my activity?

I have an android mobile when I check 'Google-My Activity' page, it says, 'used telephone' and 'used phone', what does that mean?
I understand when it says 'used camera' which means I used my mobile's camera. But what's the meaning of 'used telephone' and 'used phone'?
