transfer excel spreadsheet from tablet to pc

I have a samsung tab4 tablet and a dell pc.A month ago when I updated the spreadsheet on my tablet it would also update my excel spreadsheet on my pc. It no longer updates. I get a note on my tablet that it cannot upload?
