How does the S-9 assign message notification sounds to a specific contact?

I want to assign a specific message tone to a specific contact just like the ringtone feature and it is not an option. My S-7 had the ability to assign specific text message tones to a specific contact but the new phone can't? Help me please I can't be the only Samsung user that finds this annoying.
