B. Diddy I asked a question about a jack causing my phone to turn off.

I can't seem to reply to it for some reason but to answer your questions my phone is an HTC 626 Desire. I plugged in a cable from an outlet that ended with a connection very similar to a headphone jack. There was no spark when connecting at any point.
