com.android.phone has stopped!

Once I reloaded my Samsung Galaxy J5(2016) (j510-fn) and from then every 5 secs I get the same message: "com.android.phone has stopped working!". Can someone tell me what to do? A list of what I have already tried:
- Disable automatic date/time
- Clear cache and data of phone app
- Factory reset
- Manual reflashing through Odin to the Official Samsung Firmware
- Installing TWRP and root and searching for any strange system apps
- Checking for viruses
- Wiping all data through TWRP
Nothing Helped.
