Folders Match between App Drawer and Homescreen

I have a Samsung S7 Edge running Oreo. I am wondering if there is a way to make it so that a folder I have in my App Drawer will always mirror the folder on my homescreen. I usually create the folder in the App Drawer and then put it on my homescreen, but then if I install a new app and put it in the folder in the app drawer, it does not show up in the folder on the homescreen.

I'm sure there is an app or a simple setting for this, but I have not been able to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
