My Z3 does not respond. I touch on the time. The help voice will tell me the time.

I click on the camera icon, the voice will tell me it is the camera. I can't get out of this kind of setting. If I touch the shu down button, the voice will tell me it is the shut down button, but further more nothing happens. I have shut down the phone by pressing the power button and sound up button at the same time. After restarting the phone the same problem persists.
