Need to turn on phone with no battery

Is it possible to power on an lg android phone model lgl33l without using a battery only using an usb cable.
Like is there a way to do this without having to either A get a new battery or B brake it all down and try somehow to touch wires to the positive and negative tabs on the motherboard itself.
