Text Free App... Incoming calls... Is it a feature or not?

Have the HTC 526 Android 5.1 Joined TextFree months ago and have made calls... nearly all successful. Now have a need to receive calls. Can see a graphic alert but have found no way to actually take an incoming call. Hoping for guidance from this forum as I have submitted three cases to Pinger...
