Have the HTC 526 Android 5.1. Have made dozens of outgoing calls but I find that, for an incoming call, I can see an 'incoming' graphic but cannot pick up. Perhaps this is not part of the offer or there is a charge for outgoing calls. Have submitted two support cases with no reply. Hoping for guidance
