Why is my phone trying to schedule an appointment without me?

I called someone on my phone, and made an appointment for later today. After hanging up, I got a notification saying I have an appointment at that time. So my phone must be listening to my conversation, which I find rather disturbing. I have 7.1.1 on an Axon 7. I disabled My Voice after that, but I would really rather find out how to absolutely keep my phone from listening. It has never done this before. Ideas???
