How to uninstall a adware

In my Android phone, it's been several times in which an ad which says

"Update
Sponsored

Big fixes and performance updates

There is a new version, do you want it?

100% free. Install now
100000 - 200000 people..."

appears. I supose It to bem an adware because of what I've read till now.

Anyone can help?
