Laptop doesn't recognize photos and/or videos I want to download from S6 Galaxy

When I connect to laptop, it recognizes my S6 phone but no files. There are photos I want to download to One Drive but it says my account has been blocked... I go into my account and it's working fine. Please advise... I've been doing all I know and nothing is helping... Thank you!
