HTC One X9 won't connect to HTC sync manager
My HTC One X9 will work as a storage device and I'm able to access photos and other files but won't sync with the HTC Sync manger which just says the phone is not connected. How do I fix this because it is really frustrating

Why does my S9+ keep unlocking?
This is a weird question but I don't know what's happening but it's becoming irritating. Ever since my phone updated (AT&T) the other day, whenever I get a snap my phone will go from the Always On display and unlock and open the Snapchat app on its own. Obviously this is irritating when my phone is in my pocket and starts spamming people with random characters or pocket dialing etc.
I have on biometrics to get into my phone as well but it always seems to bypass these as well. Anyone know how I can just get the notification and edge light like it used to be to show me I got a snap and not open the app itself?

Cannot select OK/enter on lock screen
I cannot select OK/enter on the lock screen or in the settings so I cannot change it.
Earlier I added another Google account to Gmail, it did not allow me to uncheck the box "select ok after entering password".
How can I fix this? I have already tried disabling Gmail.

Storage bug with droid turbo 2
My phone says that its using 20g but the caculations are below 7g. Cleared all cashe. If i do a master reset it solves the issue temporary but in a few weeks time it fills back up. Without adding anything knew and constantly (daily) cleaning my cashe. I've even tried hard clearing the cashe from the Droid screen. Not sure what else to do. This seems to have started after the update . Sick of master resetting my phone.

I have a Samsung galaxy s8+ and I've used it fine with my ford sync 1 for phone and audio. Out if nowhere after using it fine for 2 weeks, I couldn't connect to my phone.
It will connect for audio but not for phone use.
On my phone's Bluetooth settings it turns the option for phone off on the Bluetooth settings even when I turn it back on.
It does connect to the phone on sync but then won't work for the phone.
I've tried clearing cache on my phone, switching it off and on, and I've tried impairing my phone and sync as well as a master reset.

Unable to sign in to google or add a google account
I got a problem with using this phone I just got. It is an LG V20 H918. I am currently unable to sign into Google Play, like the prompt to enter my google play account wouldn't show up. I have factory reset the phone and it wouldn't get past the checking network screen. So I set it up without WiFi, and connected it later. Now the problem is that I cannot sign into google play. I would attempt to add an account and would tell me that it couldn't connect to servers, even though the internet is working on the phone. I have tried factory reset, and I still cannot even enter my email address because the prompt wouldn't even show up. Is it a possible defect?

Unknown gesture I want to figure out
I was holding my phone and doing something else and when I looked at it, it had gone to a screen with all 5 of my home screen pages displayed at once, 3 on top, 2 below. How did I get there? I tried holding on a blank spot and it brought up something close, but all the home screen pages were displayed horizontally with swiping. How did I get to that page with all 5 of my homescreen pages displayed?

Why is my SD card not working ?
Hello everyone, first time posting here.
Today, I receveived my SD Card from mail and I put it in my Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 only to not see it show up.
The card is a Kingston Micro SDHC Class 4 32GB.
The weird thing is that it works in my HTC One M8s and in a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime and on the PC too.
Even weirder is the fact that the card from my HTC One M8s which is a Kingston Micro SDHC Class 10 32GB works in the A3 .
Any suggestions, or should I just return it ?

Is my Whatsapp is secured?
I have been added to a group which doesn't have any member without me and even the group creator wasn't their. But the group creater's number is their to be appear.
While I was online suddenly whatsapp started to behave abnormally and stopped respond. But I could troubleshoot that. But after that I saw that I have been added to a group with an unknown subject. I have a doubt about this. Has my account or phone been hacked by someone. There is no sign about the group creator has left the group. But that person isn't in the group. What should I do? . HELP - Some App Called 10273 is Draining My Battery
My Galaxy j7 started unusual power usage today. I first noticed it getting unusually warm, several times during the day. Then I noticed it was needing a charge, something which almost never happens during the day. After charging up, it went from full power to 8% in just two and a half hours. When checking on battery usage, it listed an app I have never seen before, with just the name 10273, and same icon as the Android OS, using a whole lot of power (below screen but more than Android OS.) The force stop and disable buttons have no effect. I have searched online for any information about this "10273" but can find nothing. Sounds an awful lot like a virus, but Kaspersky doesn't find anything. Is anyone else having this issue? Help!!!
Followup - my battery is draining so fast, that on the charger it is still losing charge, or barely holding steady. A reboot and cold restart didn't help. I have had no choice but to turn the phone off and charge it while it is off tonight so I'll have at least some usuable time int he morning. This cannot go on. HELP!!!! Please!!!!

Galaxy core prime does not charge
My samsung galaxy core prime does not charge. When it is on it simply ignores the plugged in charger and when it is off it vibrates every 4 seconds continuously. I don't why but suddenly my battery percentage is flipping randomly at very night speed ( less than 1 second)

Contacts & Calender backup sync problem
A few years ago I tried using a Sync program to link my android phone and Windows Outlook on my laptop which was supposed to use my on-line stored version(not sure what you call this) as the master copy. It never worked so I removed the app, but ever since if I turn Sync turn on on the phone I loose all the changes I have made on the phone with contacts and calender entries. When I login to my contacts (can't find calender on-line) from the Goggle tool-bar on my laptop the contacts are out of date and have the surname first and first name second which I don't want. I would like to delete these and use what is on my Nexus 6P. My phone needs a new battery so if the phone is wiped when I send it off for the battery replacement, at the moment I know I will loose all contact and calender changes for the last two years.
Any ideas how to get back on track with Sync?

I have Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe ZS570KL
Few weeks ago i updated to Oreo 8.0.0. Few days after update it's still ok, but after that whenever i played some HD/3D games, when I unlock use fingerprint, restart or shutdown, it start flashing white light.
But if i play non HD games it didn't happen.
It's randomly happen.
I already try wipe cache, factory reset and disable HW overlays.
Anyone can help me please, is this happen because oreo or my hardware?

S9+ Individual contact ringtones - no more option
I've just gotten the s9+ and trying to assign a different ringtone to individual contacts. I've searched online and everywhere is saying to go to contact, details, edit, more, ringtone. Except on my phone it is only allowing me to get as far as edit. Once I click edit in a contact it only allows me to edit the details of the contact such as phone number and name.
Any ideas as to why this is and how I can change it?

Why is my internet connection slow inspite of having a 4g data plan
It has been a month since I am facing slow internet connectivity issues on my samsung galaxy J7prime even on jio4g data plan. I contacted Jio helpline twice and they said they 'll try to rectify if there's any problem. But to no avail. Other ppl in my area have no problem with jio connectivity. So, I believe that the problem is with my phone,but cant find out where exactly. I have tried almost all solutions given on the internet. I also did a factory data reset. It increased internet speed a little but not significantly. Earlier it was nearly 128 kbps now its 220 or something. Also i need to refresh my mobile data very often to catch a little speed but it again slows down in a minute or two. I am really frustrated. Please help me out here.

Galaxy S9: stuck on black charge screen, can't reboot or access safety mode
Hi! So my battery died on me as I was using my phone, and when I plugged it back in, it showed the charging symbol but without any percentages where it normally would. I tried to hard reset like multiple times, but it just blinks to a black screen and returns to that same charging screen.
I can only access download mode (can't get into safety), so I can't clear the cache or factory restart even if I wanted to.
Please help, this is super frustrating...

slow internet on wifi but 4g is fine android 6.0.1
it started happening on like 06/14 plus or minus a day but my phone while on wifi takes around 14 to 20 seconds to establish a connection to any website, but after connecting once it is as fast as normal, roughly 1 to 2 seconds, that is until i close the browser/app or disconnect and reconnect to wifi.
this happens on both the routers in my network which are on different channels, on both 2.4 and 5ghz, on my neighbors network, at the office, with changed IP at home, with dns of 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 or 1.1.1.1 or the defaults for my provider, this connection happens on not just the browser eg firefox, samsung internet, chrome, but also apps eg imgur, discord, steam, but everything is fine on mobile internet 4g /lte.
anything ive either installed or uninstalled were either far before or after this started happening.
ive even tried to use the developers tools to limit what could be running in the background, limit background data, set a bunch of apps to inactive so they wont try to run when not open, even used avast mobile protection to scan, also a separate install of kaspersky mobile that came with some protection a friend bought and didnt want so he gave me to test on this, no luck
for the usual steps, ive also restarted the router, the phone(several times), forgot the network and put it back in, made sure it was a strong connection, tried a different phone

Android tablet with bluetooth mouse - no on screen keyboard!
So, a few years ago my phone/isp provider offers me a better plan which I agree to. A "sweetner" is a free tablet -Oh OK. This tablet is not all that crash hot but since it was free, well, I'm not one to say no to a freebe. I soon discover that the touch screen is quite poor and rather frustrating, so since it is bluetooth compatible I investigate bluetooth mouses, and after buying a logitec mouse things are much easier with a proper cursor and proper buttons to click. BUT, the tablet now thinks that I have a bluetooth keyboard and mouse, not just a mouse, so if I'm doing something that requires text input, the on screen keyboard DOES NOT APPEAR. Arrrrghh! Am I stuck with this or is there something I can change in settings to allow the on screen keyboard to be used at the same time as the bluetooth mouse? The android version is 4.0.4_3.42 which I think is an old version so any answer will need to take this into account. Thanks in advance to all you Android experts out there. Ray.

Google Photos and Gallery are not synced
hello
i'm confused with the google photos and the gallery
If i check the google photos on internet i see everything what i took picture of and I see this in google photos application on my android phone.
The gallery is not in sync with google photos at all.
I have a setting on the Gallery now to synchronize with samsung cloud. The google photos seem to synchronize with the Google drive.
All show different pictures/images
How do I resolve this ?

I'm a quadriplegic and need totally hands-free technology. Unfortunately, the Pixel 2 doesn't let me answer incoming calls by voice. I can send and receive texts and send phone calls by voice, but can't answer. I've had a BlueAnt S4 for about 8 years paired with a Samsung flip phone where I can send and receive phone calls but not texts. Is there a way to manually choose frame rate when capturing video?
I took one video and it was 30 fps, which worked perfectly when I uploaded it to my computer. I took another video, and it was 11 fps...which played at double speed when I uploaded it to my computer. Is there a way to set a constant frame rate?? Why is it random like this?

Portable bluetooth speaker volume
When I connect my Note 8 to my Bluetooth portable speaker I don't seem to be getting enough volume out of it. The phone seems to think that I am connected to a headset could that be the problem? I am using a app to listen to streaming radio and I drive a truck so I need more volume to hear the speaker over the loud truck. HTC One M7 Lock Out Due To Partial Screen Break
I have a phone that has a broken screen. Some of the touch screen works, but there is a dead spot exactly where one of the password characters is. I am wondering if there is a way to be able to unlock it from a computer screen or something. I have not enabled android device manager account and don't remember details for, or even if it is registered to a gmail account. I am only wanting to gain access one last time so I can back up data I need.
If this is not possible, is there an easy way to recover contacts, text messages I may need to reference later, photos, etc without having to spend a fortune sending it off to a lab?

samsung galaxy A8 2018 max ringtone slider random beep glitch
so couple of months ago i bough the samsung galaxy a8 2018 everything was fine until for like couple of weeks now, i have had the issue when i do some certain things on my phone it makes that beep of maximum ringtone sound (you know when you go from silent to sound and then click it to max ringtone volume it makes that beep) and its getting pretty irritating, when you restart the phone, it goes away for some time maybe a day or two, then it comes back, i looked online, couldnt find anything, the sound appears when i do some certain things, like lets say play voice messages or record voice in whatsapp or minimize or close videos on faebook, or click pause and play on youtube, or sometimes even opening programs, should i take the phone back to the shop i bought it from to replace it on guarantee? or is there a fix for that, also is there a fix for screen feather scratches, or the fix is to replace the screen....

So I had went out to some random store to get a screen protector applied today, and while applying the screen protector, he whipped out some hair-dryer looking contraption that he claimed was necessary to get the screen protector around the edges. I let him do what he does, and voila.
Later, I noticed a few things.
1. The camera lense seems like it has risen and seems slightly uneven. (this might be my paranoid imagination but i thought i should put it up here just in case.)
2. the power button and Bixby button feel slightly loose.

I'm worried that the seals are broken and/or any other internals. Is that likely? Never letting a guy blow-dry my precious again.

Android Email and Gmail not Sending Pictures
Stock Android Marshmallow on Stock Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Recently both my Android email app and my Gmail app have not been able to send emails with pictures. I can text pictures just fine. It's really frustrating. I use two different Samsung Galaxy Note 4's and they both have this problem. I have done factory resets on both devices recently and may just have to do it again. I've also noticed more problems with aol.com email not updating properly so I've been forced to install the substandard aol android app to make sure I at least receive my aol emails in a timely fashion.

I purchased this tablet relatively recently, however i don't really use it very often, as i got busy, etc.
once the busy era of my life stopped, i would try to watch youtube videos, download apps, or whatever on it but nothing would load and i would just toss it to the side and days would pass, eventually i would try again, etc.
Thinking that maybe there was an issue with something.. i decided to do a hard reset and started the tablet from scratch again, however, youtube, the playstore, nothing loads.
I do not have Data, i only use wifi. I have reset my modem and router, my phone connects and my laptop connects fine with my net, however since i do not take the tablet out of the apt, I have no way of knowing if it would connect to another wifi connection or not, other then i previously lived with my ex and he watched youtube videos on it just fine.
The hard reset seemed to not fix the problem, so what now?

unable to turn on my smasung A7 2017 [SM-A720F]
Can anybody please help me my phone doesnt want to turn on. What i did was i flashed a clockwork custom recovery on m,y sm-a720f using odin and it worked fine And about a week later I somehow turned of oem unlock and then tried to go into my recovery and now it just boots up to the samsung logo and stays there . Why does my htc keep telling me i have a mic plugged in?
So my phone is old and pretty beat up but I just wanted to know if this occurs often with the HTC desire 626. So what keeps happening is that I got some new skull candy basic earbuds they do not have a microphone or volume buttons on them, and yet whenever I plug them in my phone seems to think that they have a mic and starts skipping songs raising the volume and a bunch of other random stuff. Can anyone help me out cause I used another headset keep in mind the male bit on my earbuds is the same length as the older headset I was using but my phone had no problems with them at all. Why is my headphone jack playing audio so oddly?
I've had my Galaxy Note8 for about half a year and up until recently, the headphone jack has worked fine with all earbuds, headphones and speakers. About a week ago, all audio from the aux output sounded fuzzy and distorted, and audio that would normally be in the background, such as an instrumental in a song, is extremely loud and in the foreground, with any and all human speech virtually unbearable. I've tested MANY different sets of earbuds and headphones, as well as speakers, and they all sound this way. Can I fix this on my own, or should I just get it repaired?

Samsung S8 + : Why is my battery life still draining so fast after replacing it with a new battery?
My samsung s8+ had the LDI water indicator on after being at 0%. I let it dry overnight in a bag of rice, and then it still would show the water detected sign and would not charge. I used a blow dryer, making sure to keep it far enough away so it doesn't get too hot, but nothing.
So, I then went online and found a way to bypass the LDI by inserting the charge cable then powering the device. This worked. My phone was charging again.
However, when I reached 100% battery, and began using it, I noticed that after 10 minutes, I was down to 97%, then to 90 % after 30 minutes. My phone lost all battery after about 8 hours of standby (during charging, I would get the LDI some times and some times it would charge normally; it felt random).
I bought some tools and a new battery, and spent all last night replacing it, but afterwards, I still got the LDI sign, and after bypassing that again, I still have the battery draining extremely fast. What other problems could there be?
The LDI triggered initially after a day at the beach, maybe some water splashing around or the phone laying on a table with some water on it. I figured since it is water resistant it shouldn't affect it

Black Screen of Death Constantly occurs on Note 8
Hello, I currently have the Snapdragon version of the Galaxy Note 8. I have had this issue lately, where the phone constantly does the I believe is called "Black Screen of Death", basically once it gets the slightest amount of heat like exposure to the sun for a brief amount of time. This occurs usually when the phone is charging and open an application probably because of the heat of charging. This also occurs even when I am using an application like Snapchat for a prolonged amount of time. I constantly find myself blowing on my phone and hoping it won't shut, but when it does I have to put the phone in the refridgerator for 10 minutes in order to turn on. Previously, I had the s7 Edge and had the phone much hotter to the touch, and never had an issue.
BTW I have tried multiple factory resets and safe mode. Still having the problem.

What is this dangling circle pop up on my phone after update?
I have a s9+ and my phone did an update earlier in the week. I have not installed any new apps since the update but this morning I noticed a circle that dangles from a line at the top right of my phone that drops down randomly. I can't get it to go away and when I click on it random things pop up. I've had Fb show up and two random articles. I can't hold it down and get to setting, it doesn't seem to be linked to a certain app and it only stays for so long and then disappears. Can anyone help with this?

Is anyone else having issues on their phone after the new update?
My phone will turn off all the time now on its own and if I go to power it off myself it take forever to turn off and most of the time you have to force shut it off. My phone doesn't even pull up wifi connections any more. Certain apps won't allow me to open them for long with them saying error and exiting out of them. I went into Verizon the other day and they said it was all because of the update that happened on my phone. My phone is a little over a year old. I shouldn't be having these problems.

HELP My android has very strange malware!!
I was chatting on my android phone when the screen suddenly went black and very strange audio started playing.
While the audio played I couldn't turn the screen on, but when the strange audio stopped I was able to turn the screen on and the phone was on lock mode where I had to enter my PIN to unlock it.
After a few seconds the phone's screen went black again and it started playing a really really strange audio about Hilary Clinton, I'm not joking. After the audio was finished and I was able to access my phone again, I decided to turn it off.
I have no clue how the virus got on my phone, literally none. I never visited anywhere shady, and I never installed anything shady either!!!
I use VPN and malwarebytes for android too!!!
After restarting my phone everything seems normal and I ran a scan with malwarebytes and AVG and nothing was found.
I have zero idea how this happened, has this ever happened to anyone?

S7 Oreo Update - can't receive any multimedia or group texts?
Why????? Am I the only one dealing with this? I'm on the ATT network, S7 about a year and a half old. After the oreo update I can no longer receive pictures from anyone via text, or receive group texts. I can send both, but not receive them? They come in as "unable to download message."
I'm also having major issues with being able to access the internet when not on wifi. ATT said that everyone is having these issues, but I can't seem to find anyone on any message board that has.
Is there anything I can do other than hope Samsung fixes it with a patch?

Whatsapp stuck for hours doing local back up
Hi there,
last night Whatsapp started its usual local backup... and never finished. It has been some 8 hours since it started...
The app seems to be alive as chats keep coming in, but I can't read them, because there's a message saying "Backing up messages, Please wait for a moment..." in the foreground.
Note: my back up is local only - I don't have it configured to do back up on Google Drive.
Do you have any suggestion on how to force stop the backup (hopefully one that avoids damaging the local database)?
On the other hand... once I recover control of the app, is there a way to delete the current local backup and force it to create an entirely new local backup (I'm assuming that the backup may be already corrupt now).

Wifi isn't connecting
So here's the deal, my sister bought this P8 lite in 2016 and it was working great till last week. What happened was it was not connecting to any Wifi whatsoever and same goes to bluetooth. I showed it to a mobile guy and he said it was an antenna problem (as I expected) and told me it is gonna take 10 bucks. I gave my phone to him and today he called to say the fact that the motherboard is broken and it is gonna take 100 bucks to fix it.
100 bucks is enough to buy a phone, so the question mainly is should i make him fix the motherboard or screw it. Seems like a scam to me, since the phone was working all good except for the Wifi and Bluetooth.

Suddenly getting bombarded with Google Notifications
Hi, I have an Honor8 running Android 7.0 and for the past few days I've suddenly started to recieve message notifications from Google. I initially thought it was the new Google assistant however after deactivating it, I still get these notifications.
The notifications are giving me news alerts, weather alerts and more alarmingly alerting me items I have previously viewed online have now dropped in price. How do I turn off these notifications and importantly stop them from monitoring my online activities?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also worth mentioning is that I've recently installed Google Pay and would this have anything to do with the sudden notifications?

How to use Android Messages Chat rather than SMS
I'm using an LG v30 on T-Mobile here in the US. I'm not sure how to get my Android Messages app to use Chat rather than SMS. The closest thing I've read is that the app will automatically recognize when both devices are eligible for Chat and automatically use it. However, my wife and I are both on T-Mobile (which I've read is part of RCS) and I have an LG v30 and she has an LG G6.
Is there something we need to do to turn this feature on? I don't see an accessible Chat area of settings.
Or is this feature set still not widely available?

MediaBox Launcher has stopped??
Hello
So last night before turning off my device (mxq pro 4k) it gave me an option to reboot. I chose not to and to turn off. Well it did it anyways and now I can't use anything on my box (except settings and Google Play). Everytime I click on something a message pops up saying "mediabox launcher has stopped"
How do I get my launcher to work again?! I still have all my apps installed but none of them are displayed under the "my apps" icon on home screen.

Hi to all the community. My name is Mario and I am really a newbie of Android. I am trying to move my first steps through it because I need to build an app. Just a simple calculator. From there I would like to learn more and more with the help of the community.
I am using as a "learning" code, from stackoverflow.
I tried it on a win7 computer with the following configuration and no error was given:

Android Oreo 8.0 update removed all Google playlists
Following the Android Oreo 8.0 update, all my Google Play Music playlists show "0 songs".
The playlists titles are still in place and all the songs are still available as a full list but all playlists have no songs.
Short of re-building all the playlists, I'm hoping someone has a solution or way of recovering my playlists using Google Play Music app.
Any suggestions?

Before you say anything, yes i'm still using the Note 3, i tried the Note 4 and 5 and i went back to the Note 3, don't ask, it's a long story.
I had purchased 3 different Micro SD cards for the phone from Sandisk to Lexar 32Gb to 64Gb and all would work ok for a year then i notice when i take some pics half of the pic goes missing so basically it corrupts my pictures after a while.
I did some research and found out that there are more than one type of micro sd cards, trying to inquire to see which would be the ideal one for the Note 3? which brand to start off with, which size? 32 or 64, MicroSDXC or SDHC? class 4? 6? 10? UHS 1 or UHS 3?
any help would be appreciated, thank you

My blue light filter turns itself on
At about 9 P.M. every day my Galaxy S7 Edge turns the blue light filter on and keeps it on until the next morning. It started when I turned on "Turn on as scheduled". It follows the time I set it to, but keeps turning on despite me having turn the setting down. I have turned off all the blue filter settings and they remain stating that they are off, but the effect still occurs. I can't find anything else about this and it's getting a little annoying. Please help

I am trying Android Messages, but have found a glitch. I can set notification tones for a contact on a per-thread basis, but not a per-contact basis. In other words, once I delete the conversation, the contact's tone goes back to default tone. I really wish that they would fix it.

Wifi quick settings menu not working
Hi,
So I don't know why but the wifi quicksettings menu has stopped working. For example, if I pull down the quick settings and I tap the WiFi icon, it takes me to the wifi settings page which opens the settings app but before it just took me to another page in the Quick settings bar. Bluethoot still works and everything else too. Can someone help me?

Why does my keyboard disappear when replying to comments on Instagram
I have a galaxy s9+ and its running the latest software available.
Whenever I try to reply to comments on Instagram my keyboard opens up for a split second then disappears.(this happens with Fleksy and the Samsung keyboard)
This does not happen if I just try tv post a comment, post my own pictures, or use private messages.
I also have not found this problem with any other app.
I have tried wiping all data and cache for both the Instagram app and my keyboard.
I tried uninstalling Instagram and reinstalling it. That did not work either.

Hidden, nameless browser mysteriously prevents me from changing default browser
As of a few days ago, presumably after the latest system upgrade done on my Xperia XP, all links on my phone are opened in a small, portable browser with no discernable name. Even in the Facebook browser, where there used to be an option to "Open in Chrome," it now simply says "Open in" and redirects to the portable browser that just opens a window in the middle of the screen without an adress bar or any options.
The default browser options in Chrome's app settings are grayed out and disabled, and setting Chrome as the default browser through the "Default Apps" section in the settings seems to do absolutely nothing, as this "Browser X" somehow seems to manage to override the system settings.
Since I don't know the name of this intruding default Browser X, I can't find it in the apps, nor the system files. I've checked the usual aliases, "Browser," "Internet," and "com.android.browser," but there is no such thing no matter where I look. It's not even listed in the section of default browsers. It's like this browser is a parasitic lifeform that manages to somehow hide in an inaccessible folder.
I've done a malware scan, but nothing came up. I've also done an extensive amount of Googling the problem, but I the only account I could find that was slightly similar to this was a post from 2017 in this forum where someone couldn't change their browser from Chrome to Firefox. The fix in that case was to disable Chrome, but I can't disable an app that seemingly doesn't even exist, so I'm kind of at a loss here.
I want to open links in a proper browser, Chrome in my case, because Browser X is so limited and small that it can rarely even muster to load a page if it has images on it, and can't play embedded videos because it lacks those capabilities. It's outright garbage, and it stands in the way of me using my phone as I want.
Please help me eradicate this enigmatic menace. Nothing would make me happier.

Should pixels be visible on the LG G7 LCD display?
So, its been a while since my last LCD device as been using OLED displays. Having had my LG G7 for about 2 weeks now. The only issue Ive had is that the display appears very grainy especially on white and light colour backgrounds. Its almost like the pixels are visable and looking close enough, theres very fine vertial and horizontal lines? Is anyone else seeing this on the G7.. Is this just LCD? Or could it be faulty?

Phone suddenly refusing to turn on or charge
So, my phone at some point 2 days ago died and I didn't plug it in until today. It had been in my backpack the entire time it was dead, with nothing interacting with it, or so I thought. When I try to charge it, it just doesn't respond in any way. I know that it isn't an issue with the display since the phone always vibrates when it turns on or gets plugged in, and it did not vibrate or do anything to indicate it was turned on.
I think it might have gotten damaged in some way possibly while it was in my backpack, because when I took it out today it had some very small new cracks in the screen. My phone isn't very high end (samsung galaxy amp prime) so maybe it just wasn't very durable and got seriously broken when it got bumped around in my backpack?? I dunno. I've tried using many different chargers, from many different power sources, all turned up nothing. I researched a bunch of tips to fix it that seemed to help everyone else, including putting the battery in the freezer, doing all kinds of button pressing combinations, removing the battery and sim card and placing them back in the phone, and cleaning out the charger port, but none worked for me. What can I do to revive it??? P l e a s e h e l p

MediaBox Launcher has stopped??

So last night before turning off my device it gave me an option to reboot. I chose not to and to turn off. Well it did it anyways and now I can't use anything on my box (except settings and Google Play). Everytime I click on something a message pops up saying "mediabox launcher has stopped"
How do I get my launcher to work again?! I still have all my apps installed but none of them are displayed under the "my apps" icon on home screen.

Help with audio lag watching videos after making a call on Bluetooth
Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with my phone and I hope someone can help figure out how to solve it.
Whenever I am using a Bluetooth device to watch a video (phone, car, etc), the video desyncs with the audio after I make or receive a call (be it regular phone call, or an app call like Whatsapp).
Regardless if I receive a call while my video is playing in full screen, or if I simply close the video app and make a call myself, when I open the app again (any app: twitch live or vod, youtube, videoplayer) the video will start playing fine with the audio, but a few seconds later the video will freeze, while the audio keeps running, and then the video resumes 1 or 2s late from the audio.
Nothing corrects this behavior besides turning Bluetooth off and on again (and it took me long to figure that out...). I've tried closing the app, closing all apps, clearing RAM, clearing cache, rebooting phone sometimes is not enough.
The issue persists with every and any video I try to watch.
Does anyone know the cause or better yet a solution?

I can't use the phone on my flip cover anymore to call contacts
The Oreo update took away the use of using apps on the front cover of my Samsung flip cover without having to open my phone. I used to be able to swipe the phone icon and my contacts would appear and I could just tap on the person and make a call without having to open the cover of the phone.

Galaxy S7 is stuck on a ring tone, how do I change it to another tone?
I go to Settings> Sound and Vibrations> Ring tone and select another tone, The dot beside the tone label darkens and the tone is repeated twice, but nothing happens on the screen. I closed it and checked the tone again - no change.

Continuous Vibration Everytime anything sound related Play (New problem?). How can i fix it?
I just got my tablet back from the repair shop after a charging problem, but now its continuously vibrating whenever something plays! Can't sign into my Moto G plus (5th gen) - first security step
I made a few changes to Google apps because I was not using foreign languages, so I turned them off. Late night I charged my cell and powered down the unit. This morning, security instructs me to add my password so I can utilize finger print ID. However, there is no keyboard to sign in just a non-working voice activated touch screen that will not work no matter what I do. So, how do I sign in when I have no access to keyboard screen?

Might have bricked my s6 phone
I tried flashing a new firmware via flashfire and it got stuck on "installing super su" for well over an hour so I soft reset it. After that it did not boot just was stuck on startup screen. I got it into download mode now but flashing another firmware to it via odin just comes back with a "fail" from odin's side and the phone only goes as far as "samsung" screen now. Is there a way for me to recover my phone to a functioning state?

Need help with WiFi.
A few months ago I got a new phone, the Huawei Mate SE, and it has been a great phone except for 1 problem: the WiFi is single-band 2.4 GHz only. So whenever you use Bluetooth, the WiFi is significantly slower because the WiFi and Bluetooth share the one band... Any advice or tips on possibly speeding it up would be appreciated. 😉

Camscanner documents cannot be viewed

Turn off narration
Hi.. on my shield the annoying voice narration will not shut off but only in YouTube, it doesn't affect any other app. The "talk back" is off . The narration is only in YouTube. I've had my pixel 2 for 6 months. I've never seen this issue before in any of my other cell phones: sometimes ill get a text that will come on to my cell but the message wont download. it'll have a bubble with a 'download' to click on, then it downloads. it doesn't seem to be related to wifi, wifi signal strengh. it seems to happen randomly and i cant figure out a pattern as to when and/or why it happens.
