How can I fix headphone toggling problem?

I commited the mistake to think that my Sony Xperia Z5 was fully waterproof, so I took a picture under water and my phone toggles between headset and speaker mode even if there´s no headset. I can´t watch videos or hear voice notes without headphones plugged.
