How do I set my default storage to an SD card on Galaxy on5?

My phone is constantly telling me I don't have enough space, but I don't have very many apps downloaded on it, and frequently delete photos and messages. I recently bought an SD card so I could download more apps, but I can't figure out how to make it my default storage, so every time I try to download something, it continues to tell me I don't have enough space. How do I change that for a Galaxy on5?
