How Do I setup and Transfer Select Apps to my New Nexus 5X

I just got a new Nexus 5X and will be transferring contacts and a select amount of apps. Not being a techie, I'm looking for some help in getting some of my apps (not all) to my new phone from another Android phone (Samsung S5). Can someone provide me the easiest way to do this?
