I cannot get rid of the Yellow Trashcan, how do I get rid of it?

This is the most annoying thing ever. No, I don't have "Beacon Flashlight", as I've looled at other similar questions and answers and that app seems to be the problem..I don't have it. I installed a flashlight app long before, but i uninstalled that. I also factory reset my phone, but I guess I kept the apps, so that didn't work. I just want to know what it is and how to get rid of it.
